Answer to Readers Question: There are a few golden rules to follow to attain that gorgeous hair color we all desire.

  1. If you have yellow or olive skin tones you would look better with deep golden or dark-amber hues- honey or caramel Those with fair or rosy complexions look best in cooler shades like sandy blonde or express brown. If you are somewhere in between, stick with neutral wheat or chocolate tones.
  2. It is impossible to verbalize extract shades of color so when you go to a salon bring in shots of models with great hair color or photos of your favorite stars or photos of you a a child with natural strawberry highlights. But make sure that the person in the photo has a similar skin tone and hair texture.
  3. If you are doing your own hair coloring, eliminate the guesswork by testing a few strands before committing your whole head. Cut about 10 strands of your hair from the nape of your neck paint on the color and rinse it off after the time stated on the box. If you like what you see, you will have no worries and you need to go for it with confidence.
  4. When choosing an at-home-hair-coloring kit, check the swatches shown on the side of the box to make sure you are choosing a hue within two shades of your natural color.   7. When using permanent dye at home, target only your natural hair color that is visible. The tips of your strands are more porous than your roots, so they soak up color quickly, and as a result, they tend to turn too dark and flat when they are dyed.

Reasons for Ear Candling

During an Ear Candling (auricular candling ) session you lie on your side with your body in a straight alignment.
